Where we ship

Delivery is available to 47 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Estimated delivery

Cold-water equipment: 7–14 days. Hot-water equipment: 20–30 days. These are estimated delivery ranges, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need equipment by a specific date.

Delivery damage

Document shipping damage at delivery. Warranty and shipping-damage claims are handled through the applicable manufacturer, authorized service network, or carrier.
